Your Initial Visit will be 75 minutes in length and will include a review of your health history, your current health concerns and lifestyle. Orthopedic and manual testing may be done to identify any musculo-skeletal imbalances.

• The high quality Japanese-style acupuncture needles I use are packaged, sterile and discarded after each use. They are less than the diameter of a human hair (not anything like those used for injections), so most people don’t feel any discomfort when the needle is inserted.

You may feel a tingle, a dull ache or an electrical sensation, which means the needle has activated energy inside your body for healing.

I also use tuning forks to enhance therapeutic effect and when necessary, I use alternatives to needles like acupressure, cupping, laser stimulation, cranial sacral, magnet therapy or herbal medicine to enhance your therapy.

• Many patients become very relaxed and fall into a restorative sleep during their treatment.
