With over two decades of experience in the healing world, I hold a doctorate in Chinese Medicine specializing in acupuncture. I am also a registered nurse and a licensed massage therapist and I devote two days a week to treating the incredible children at Primary Children’s Hospital. My commitment to healing extends beyond conventional methods, as I am also a certified psychedelic therapist, aiding individuals in preparing for and integrating transformative psychedelic experiences.
What sets my approach apart is the culmination of my diverse training and experiences. I’ve crafted my own unique style of healing blending acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, bodywork, energy work, tuning forks, sound healing, breathwork, and guided meditation into personalized sessions. I offer guidance in supplement selection, herbal remedies, and nutrition planning to support holistic well-being.
My philosophy centers on meeting each individual where they are on their healing journey and providing tailored support to facilitate their unique path to wellness. blue soulspace
The Origins
The name Blue Soulspace comes from my affinity for the color blue and what it represents. A deep blue ocean or a turquoise lake inspires calm, while the beauty of an azure blue sky ignites pure awe in me, like those in sharp contrast to the red rocks of Southern Utah.
And who doesn’t love wearing a great pair of blue denim jeans?
My spirit animal is the bluebird. I see them everywhere and they are my reminders to seek Joy in the present moment.
