Holiday healing and other news🎄✨

by | Dec 3, 2022 | Uncategorized

Welcome, December.  With the holidays near and the mountains in Utah blanketed in a beautiful white, many of us winter sports enthusiasts are filled with cheer!  Wherever you are now I hope you are finding joy in the season and also creating reflective time to look at this past year, your growth, and your personal evolution.

It can be inspiring to look ahead at New Year resolutions, but looking at yourself in this present moment can be equally potent if you recognize who you have become and the unique path that has led you to this place in time.

Are you on a path that feeds your soul and allows you to show up as the true version of yourself, so you can offer your gifts to others?🙌🏻

I’ve asked myself this question many times over the past years, and recently have been led to explore a new road in my professional training to be a psychedelic integration coach.  What is a psychedelic integration coach, you ask?  If you’re interested in learning more, listen to an interview with the founder of my coaching program, Deanne Adamson, as she describes this unique style of mental health support.  Medical psychedelic-assisted therapy is now being used extensively throughout the world to treat addiction, trauma, and mental health issues at their source.  Working with a trained integration coach can help you prepare and pave the way for more profound and personalized long-term benefits.

As an acupuncturist and herbalist, I have used plant medicines for over 25 years and I understand the power of working with intention and guidance to heal the mind and body at deeper energetic levels.   What I love about psychedelic therapy is the opportunity for clients to discover the root source of their distress and suffering through reflection, and then create their own healing and recovery plans from a place of inner wisdom.  An integration coach is there to support, guide, and hold sacred space during this transformation.   I have personally experienced this type of deep, and also hard inner work and I know how powerful it can be if you want to make real, lasting changes in your life and show up to be your best self.

I will keep you posted on plans to integrate this work within my practice, and until then I am planting the seeds and watching them grow. 🌱🌱

Love to you this holiday season! 🎄✨
